class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>\u9019\u500b\u554f\u984c\u770b\u62db\u80a1\u66f8\u662f\u6700\u5feb\u7684\uff0c\u518d\u4f86\u5c31\u662f\u770bLine\u7fa4\u88e1\u7684\u5206\u6790\uff0c\u65e9\u671f\u7684\u5206\u6790\u5beb\u7684\u5f88\u591a\uff0c\u6703\u628a\u770b\u5b8c\u62db\u80a1\u66f8\u7684\u7b46\u8a18\u90fd\u653e\u4e0a\u4f86\uff0c\u5f8c\u4f86\u7d93\u7fa4\u53cb\u53cd\u61c9\u505a\u4e86\u7c21\u5316\uff0c\u624d\u662f\u5927\u5bb6\u73fe\u5728\u770b\u5230\u7684\u7248\u672c\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5982\u679c\u4f60\u5c0d\u62db\u80a1\u66f8\u7814\u7a76\u6709\u8208\u8da3\uff0c\u53ef\u4ee5\u53c3\u8003\u9019\u5169\u7bc7\u6587\u7ae0\uff1a<\/p>\n<p>1.<a href=/index.html"https:\/\/\/hk-ipo-book\/\">\u6e2f\u80a1\u6253\u65b0\u5b8c\u5168\u653b\u7565\uff1a\u5f9e\u8cfa\u9322\u908f\u8f2f\u5230\u7533\u8cfc\u7b56\u7565\u7e3d\u6574\u7406<\/a><\/p>\n<p>2.<a href=/index.html"https:\/\/\/hk-ipo-scam\/\">\u6e2f\u80a1\u6253\u65b0\u6536\u76ca100%\uff1f\u90fd\u662f\u9a19\u4eba\u7684\uff01\u5be6\u969b\u7d71\u8a08\u6253\u65b0\u6536\u76ca\u7b97\u7d66\u4f60\u770b<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u57fa\u672c\u4e0a\u5c31\u662f\u5f88\u597d\u61c2\uff0c\u5c31\u662f\uff1a\u5efa\u8b70\u7533\u8cfc\u3001\u8003\u616e\u7533\u8cfc\u3001\u8ced\u5f92\u7533\u8cfc\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5efa\u8b70\u7533\u8cfc\uff1a\u81f3\u4eca\u5efa\u8b70\u7533\u8cfc\u768417\u652f\u80a1\u7968\u6697\u76e4\u3001\u9996\u65e5\u4e0a\u6f32\u7387\u70ba100%\uff0c\u6240\u4ee5\u4fdd\u5b88\u7684\u540c\u5b78\u8ddf\u8457\u6253\u61c9\u8a72\u4e0d\u6703\u51fa\u5927\u554f\u984c\u3002\u7576\u7136\u4e0d\u6703\u4fdd\u8b49\u4e00\u5b9a\u50b3\uff0c\u53ea\u4fdd\u8b49\u8b93\u4f60\u8ce0\u7684\u5c11\u3002<br \/>\n\u8003\u616e\u7533\u8cfc\uff1a\u8cc7\u91d1\u91cf\u591a\u3001\u5e33\u6236\u591a\u7684\u4eba\u8003\u616e\u7533\u8cfc\u3002<br \/>\n\u8ced\u5f92\u7533\u8cfc\uff1a\u6f32\u8dcc\u770b\u838a\u5bb6\uff0c\u9322\u591a\u3001\u53ef\u63a5\u53d7\u958b\u76e4-30%\u7684\u4eba\u5728\u8003\u616e\u3002<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>\u4e0d\u53ef\u70ba\u6bcf\u4e00\u4f4d\u8b80\u8005\u7684\u5e33\u6236\u6578\u4ee5\u53ca\u8cc7\u91d1\u91cf\u505a\u5206\u6790\uff0c\u6240\u4ee5\u5f80\u5f8c\u6703\u7528\u7533\u8cfc\u5360\u7528\u8cc7\u91d1\u6bd4\u7387\u4f86\u8868\u793a\uff0c\u5927\u5bb6\u53ef\u4ee5\u81ea\u884c\u5b89\u6392\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u539f\u5247\u4e0a\u6703\u8b93\u5927\u5bb6\u7684\u8cc7\u91d1\u76e1\u91cf\u4e0d\u5361\uff0c\u4f46\u56e0\u70ba\u62db\u80a1\u65e5\u671f\u7686\u70ba\u5167\u7dda\u8cc7\u8a0a\uff0c\u5c0f\u8cc8\u662f\u9760\u6295\u884c\u670b\u53cb\u4ee5\u53ca\u5238\u5546\u5167\u90e8\u7a97\u53e3\u7372\u53d6\u8cc7\u8a0a\uff0c\u6700\u7a69\u5065\u7684\u65b9\u5f0f\u9084\u662f\u63d0\u9ad8\u5e33\u6236\u8207\u8cc7\u91d1\uff0c\u624d\u80fd\u300c\u6211\u5168\u90fd\u8981\u300d\u3002<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>\u8acb\u611b\u7528\u52a0\u6b0a\u6536\u76ca\u7387\uff0c\u7b97\u51fa\u4f86\u4f60\u5c31\u77e5\u9053\u8981\u4e0d\u8981\u7533\u8cfc\u4e86\u3002<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u6bd4\u5982\u660e\u6e90\u4e00\u624b\u4e2d\u7c6410%\uff0c\u958b\u76e4\u5373\u8ce3\u8cfa6000\uff0c\u90a3\u9ebc\u52a0\u6b0a\u6536\u76ca\u70ba6000*10%=600\uff0c\u9019\u5c31\u662f\u4f60\u7533\u8cfc\u4e00\u624b\u7684\u9810\u671f\u6536\u76ca\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u90a3\u4e0d\u7ba1\u662f\u7528\u73fe\u91d1\u9084\u662f\u4e00\u624b\u878d\uff0c\u752850\u3001100\u7684\u6210\u672c\u53bb\u63db600\u90fd\u5f88\u5212\u7b97\u7684\uff0c\u591a\u591a\u76ca\u5584\u3002<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>\u9019\u500b\u7b97\u6cd5\u662f\u6700\u6e96\u78ba\u7684<strong>\uff0c\u5982\u679c\u4f60\u7684\u5e33\u865f\u5c11\uff0c\u5c31\u53ef\u80fd\u591a\u6b21\u4e0d\u4e2d\uff0c\u6216\u662f\u4f60\u4e2d\u4e00\u6b21\u6536\u76ca\u5c31100%\u4e86(\u4e2d\u904e\u4e00\u6b21\u7684\u4eba\u5c31\u61c2\u4e86)\u3002<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u8acb\u8abf\u6574\u597d\u5fc3\u614b\u3002<strong>\u5982\u679c\u4f60\u5e33\u865f\u591a\uff0c\u90a3\u9ebc\u606d\u559c\u4f60\u53ef\u4ee5\u958b\u59cb\u7528\u5e33\u6236\u6578\u653b\u514b\u7d71\u8a08\u6578\u64da\uff0c\u9032\u5165\u4e86\u6e2f\u80a1\u6253\u65b0\u7684\u6b63\u5faa\u74b0\u3002<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"%E6%B8%AF%E8%82%A1%E6%89%93%E6%96%B0%E7%9A%84%E5%BF%83%E6%85%8B\"><\/span>\u6e2f\u80a1\u6253\u65b0\u7684\u5fc3\u614b<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>\u6700\u5f8c\u804a\u4e00\u4e0b\u6253\u65b0\u7684\u671f\u671b\u503c\u8207\u5fc3\u614b\uff0c\u76ee\u524d\u8089\u80a1\u4e2d\u7c64\u7387\u572810%\u4e0a\u4e0b\uff0c\u4e0d\u7ba1\u878d\u8cc7\uff0c\u5982\u679c\u53ea\u67091.2\u6236\u4e0d\u4e2d\u6703\u662f\u5e38\u614b\uff0c\u6211\u500b\u4eba\u89ba\u5f97\u61c9\u5c0d\u9019\u7a2e\u65b9\u6cd5\uff0c\u5c31\u662f\u8abf\u6574\u5fc3\u614b\u6216\u662f\u6236\u6578\uff1a<\/p>\n<p>1.\u5fc3\u614b\u662f\u6307\u5e33\u6236\u6578\u5c11\uff0c\u5c31\u8981\u6709\u4e0d\u4e2d\u7c64\u662f\u6b63\u5e38\u7684\u9810\u671f\u601d\u60f3\u3002\u5982\u679c\u53ea\u67091.2\u500b\u5e33\u6236\uff0c\u5927\u6982\u7387\u662f\u5168\u90e8\u4e0d\u4e2d\u7684\uff0c\u7576\u7136\u80fd\u4e2d\u4e00\u7c64\uff0c\u6536\u76ca\u57fa\u672c\u4e0a\u6703\u5f88\u53ef\u89c0\uff0c\u57fa\u672c60~100%\u8d77\u8df3\uff0c\u53ef\u53c3\u8003\u7fa4\u53cb\u767c\u66ec\u7684\u6536\u76ca\u5716\u3002<\/p>\n<p>2.\u6236\u6578\u662f\u6307\u63d0\u9ad8\u958b\u6236\u6578\u6490\u8d77\u4e2d\u7c64\u7387\uff0c\u6bd4\u5982\u660e\u6e90\u96f2\u621131\u4e2d3\uff0c\u7b26\u540810%\u4e2d\u7c64\u7387\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u70ba\u4ec0\u9ebc\u4eca\u5929\u6703\u8aaa\u9019\u500b\uff0c\u662f\u6015\u6709\u4e9b\u4e0d\u6e05\u695a\u7684\u7fa4\u53cb\u6253\u65b0\u5e7e\u6b21\u5c31\u7070\u5fc3\u55aa\u5fd7\u3002\u5be6\u969b\u4e0a\u5927\u5bb6\u53ef\u4ee5\u53bb\u7b97\u9810\u671f\u6536\u76ca\uff0c\u6703\u767c\u73fe<a
